The 24th of march lastfm announced that  listening to Last fm will cost you 3€ per month, except in United States, United Kingdom, and Germany where it  be still free. This change will take place at the end of the month. http://blog.last.fm/2009/03/24/lastfm-radio-announcement
Last fm is the larger social music network with over 7 millions track online
and 30 millions users.
